Meet the Founder of Key Tex Physical Therapy

Dr. Keeley Gesch, PT, DPT

“I started Key Tex Physical Therapy with one mission: to provide care that truly listens and treats the whole person. With a background in orthopedic and pelvic health, I help my clients find lasting relief and confidence — so they can feel strong and capable in their everyday lives.”

Dr. Keeley Gesch is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in both orthopedic rehabilitation and pelvic floor health. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor in 2017 and has dedicated her career to helping individuals move with confidence, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life.

Since settling in Round Rock in 2014, Keeley has become a proud and active member of the community. She is passionate about providing personalized, one-on-one care — ensuring each patient feels heard and supported throughout their recovery. Now offering services within OPEX Round Rock, Keeley combines her expertise in orthopedics and pelvic health to create individualized, hands-on treatment plans that empower her clients to reach their health and wellness goals.

Why choose this approach?

At Key Tex Physical Therapy, we believe you deserve more than quick fixes or cookie-cutter treatment plans. Our approach is designed to uncover the root cause of your pain and guide you toward lasting recovery — so you can get back to the life you love.

Expertise in Orthopedic & Pelvic Health

Many PTs treat only orthopedics or pelvic health. Keeley brings advanced training in both, bridging the gap between strength, mobility, and pelvic floor function to help you move with confidence.

One-on-One, Personalized Treatment

You’ll never be passed off to an aide or juggled between multiple patients. Every session is one-on-one with your doctor of physical therapy, focused entirely on your needs and your goals.

Empowerment Through Education

We want you to leave each session feeling more confident — not only in your body, but in understanding how to take care of it. That means clear guidance, easy-to-follow home programs, and support every step of the way.

Many of our clients come to us feeling frustrated, overlooked, or unsure where to turn next. If any of these sound familiar, know that you are not alone.

Struggling to connect intimately with your partner due to discomfort?

Finding it hard to hold or play with your kids because of pain or leakage?

Anxious about not regaining your abdominal strength postpartum?

Frustrated with panty liners and black leggings at the gym?

Living with chronic back pain and worried it may never improve?

Struggling with hip or knee pain that limits running, lifting, or hiking?

Dealing with shoulder or neck tension that affects work, workouts, or sleep?

Feeling stuck in a cycle of flare-ups, rest, and re-injury?

Frustrated that traditional PT only offered exercises you could have Googled?

At Key Tex PT, we’ve seen these stories before — and we know there’s a better way. Through one-on-one, whole-body care, we help you move past these challenges and back into the life you love.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Pelvic health PT goes far beyond Kegels. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, leaking with exercise, experiencing pelvic pain, or preparing for birth, pelvic floor therapy helps restore strength, mobility, and confidence. Dr. Keeley uses a whole-body approach to address the root cause — so you can move freely, reconnect with your body, and return to the activities you love.

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

From chronic back and hip pain to sports injuries and post-surgical recovery, orthopedic PT focuses on restoring movement and building strength. Keeley combines hands-on treatment with individualized exercise programming to relieve pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injury. Whether you want to lift, run, or simply get through your day without discomfort, orthopedic PT helps you move with confidence.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a highly effective technique for releasing tight or overactive muscles, calming pain, and improving mobility. By targeting trigger points with fine, sterile needles, dry needling can reduce tension, improve blood flow, and help your body reset. It’s a safe, evidence-based option that works well alongside exercise and manual therapy to speed up recovery.

What Does a Consultation Look Like at Key Tex PT?

We know that starting physical therapy can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve tried other providers before or been told there aren’t many options. At Key Tex PT, our consultations are designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear plan forward.

Here’s what you can expect when you book your first visit:

  • Every appointment begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your concerns, your history, and your goals. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic floor symptoms, chronic back pain, or an injury that won’t heal, your story matters — and it guides everything we do.

  • We’ll evaluate how your body moves, where you may be compensating, and which systems might be contributing to your symptoms. This may include:

    • Posture and mobility testing

    • Strength and stability checks

    • Pelvic floor assessment (when appropriate and with your full consent)

    • Functional movement screens (how you lift, run, squat, or move in daily life)

  • No confusing jargon or cookie-cutter worksheets. We’ll explain what we see in plain language so you understand what’s happening in your body and why. Our goal is for you to leave with clarity, not more questions.

  • Together, we’ll outline a plan that matches your goals — whether that’s lifting without leakage, running without pain, or feeling confident in your postpartum recovery.
